,
Supporting and lowering cantilever structure Lifting corner of subsided building Lowering car park flooring slab
Lifting complete brick & stone building facade Lifting complete garage roof for added space Supporting 14 storey building

We have broad experience of the controlled hydraulic movement of a wide range of buildings and structures. During these projects we work closely with the appropriate local authorities, national bodies, contractors and civil engineers. Our aim is to provide professional services that cause minimum disruption and maximum safety. A cross section of some of our projects are shown above. Whether we are lifting a 14 storey builind weighing 25,000 tonnes, a Victorian building facade weighing 600 tonnes, a pre-built steel structure for a hospital extension or a garage roof, we implement the same level of planning and preparation. Our understanding of structures, combined with our engineering skills and computer-controlled jacking knowledge, ensures successful implementation in some of the most challenging applications.

Our core competencies include:

LIFTING LOWERING PROPPING GEODETIC MONITORING
SLIDING TENSIONING STRESSING STRAND JACKING
